Independent thinking. Practical technology. Real-world outcomes.
DataXRelay is a founder-led data and AI consultancy helping organizations navigate complex technology decisions — from data governance and modernization to data platforms, cost optimization and AI.
The person behind DataXRelay.
I'm Tanusri Mishra, founder of DataXRelay. I've spent 15+ years working across data, cloud and technology — designing enterprise data platforms, leading engineering teams and navigating complex modernization and transformation programs.
That experience shaped how I think about consulting. Technology decisions rarely exist in isolation — a migration affects governance, a platform decision affects cost, and AI ambitions depend on the data underneath them. The real challenge is connecting the pieces.
DataXRelay exists to help organizations do exactly that: bringing senior experience, independent thinking and practical execution to the decisions that matter.

Advisory when it matters. Build when it helps.
Not every problem needs a large delivery team. An engagement can begin with a focused assessment, evolve into strategy and architecture, continue through implementation, or become a hands-on build — whatever the problem calls for.
