These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DataXRelay website, dataxrelay.com (the “Website”), operated by DataXRelay, a sole proprietorship operating under the laws of India (“DataXRelay”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms cover use of the Website only. Our consulting and professional services are provided under separate written engagement agreements, and our SaaS product, RaastaBooks, is governed by its own separate Terms and Conditions.

The Website is provided for general information about DataXRelay and its services. You may view and use the Website for lawful, personal or business-informational purposes. You agree not to:
